Federal & State Policy Guides
Policies are customized for client by SCP compliance staff. SCP Compliance Management Consultant discusses with the client their current operations in order to customize both Federal and State policy guides specifically for them.
Policy Guides are updated monthly by SCP’s compliance and legal team based upon the results of nationwide audits, enforcement actions, published and unpublished guidance and other regulatory/legal and industry trends.
Since Policy Guides are maintained online on a secure website, SCP’s technology enables them to be updated in real time, with alerts advising clients of the updates. Plus, policies are accessible by an unlimited number of client employees.
Online Training Powered by Phonize Platform
Self-paced online courses helps keep your company compliant in your personalized training center. SCP comprehensive compliance courses are written and vetted by compliance professionals, attorneys and education specialists. Our self-paced online curriculum includes 30 – 45 minute compliance courses with an exam at course end. Courses are delivered through our online training center, which you may access and roll out throughout your company at your convenience. In addition, with the Phonize platform you can track and report on company training by department, employee, course, and compliance status. Plus, your staff will find the courses fun and engaging through the use of gamification and teaming aspects of the Phonize platform. Not only will staff be able to take courses from their desktop but from their mobile phone allowing them to review courses on-the-go.
Compliance Coach Consulting
Clients receive 30 minutes of support per month from a SCP Compliance Management Consultant. Within those 30 minutes per month, the same dedicated SCP Consultant can help you implement your policies, prepare for an audit, and/or assist with other compliance matters or general questions. Once the 6 hours of annual support time has been exhausted, additional support time can be purchased for $185 per hour.
